Food Costs

Meals are all-you-care-to-eat in Jennings Hall.
All meals must be pre-ordered, as tickets will not be available at the door.
A banquet luncheon is included in your registration fee for Saturday, June 4th.
All prices include taxes.

Riser Rehearsal Time The schedule for riser rehearsal time will be posted in the hospitality room at noon on Thursday.
Chorus/Quartet Coaching All competing choruses and quartets will be automatically put into the draw for coaching on Saturday afternoon. If a group does not want coaching, they should remove their name from the list. Also, if there are non-competing choruses or quartets who would like coaching, they are to add their name to the list. The list will be taken down Friday before chorus contest and the draw will be posted in the hospitality room before the banquet on Saturday.

This year we're planning a "Pizza Party" - Pizza, salad, and non-alcholoci beverage for $12 (including tax and gratuity)
The Moonglow Pizza Party is also planned to be a PJ party - you don’t need PJs but be sure to dress casually. ScotianAires pink beaded tops are too fragile to be eating pizza in! We’re changing out of them as quickly as we can. So we’re inviting you to do the same. You don’t have to, obviously. It’s up to you.

We will be making provisions for people with gluten/dairy and other food alergies
IMPORTANT: When submitting the Moonglow orders - please provide the names of those individuals with food alergies

Please respect the fact that there will be people in attendance for the weekend who simply cannot tolerate scented items. Exposure to these products could result in them not being able to take part in the events of the weekend, including contest.

These photos wil be posted on Tanglewood Studio's website.
I urge you to think about purchasing some photos of your chorus/quartet in action
Good action shorts are hard to come by - great for PR purposes.

In addition
Our photographers will be setting up a Photo Booth
in or near the Hospitality Room
You are invited to drop in and have personal/group photos taken
Fun shots/formal shots - it's up to you
Pay for them when you arrive
Take your 5X7 photos with you when you leave!
Let's all support the photographers at the Photo Booth!
